ABOUT ME
I have more than 13 years of experience in the tourism sector. I have worked in hotels, airlines and tour operators. I have been designing custom trips around the world since 2015.
With this background, in 2024 I founded Monica Macha Voyage in France, a travel consultancy specialized in tailor-made experiences, designed personally and exclusively for my travelers.
Each trip I design is much more than just booking a room. It’s about seeing the whole picture from various angles: hotel, airline, time/money efficiency, weather, visas, season; and most importantly: ensuring that you enjoy yourself.
I travel out of passion, out of devotion. Each trip I undertake is another specialization, a confirmation of what I’ve researched. How can I design your trips if I’m behind a desk all year round? And I’m fortunate that for several weeks a year, I can say that the world is my office.
I am Monica Macha, born and raised in Peru, and currently residing in France. I have visited more than 35 countries, 4 continents and I dream of going to Antarctica and New Zealand. You can be sure that I know what it means to travel, and everything that it entails: respect, open-mindedness, adaptation, desire to discover and comfort away from home.

WHY DO I WORK IN TRAVEL DESIGN?
First, because I love to travel. And when I design your trip, I continue traveling from my computer. I visualize everything from where you’ll stay, where you’ll walk, what you’ll visit… even how you’re going to be at the airport. I dream of the landscapes, museums, cities you’ll visit.
Today I can say that working in the travel industry brings me happiness, it’s my passion, and I feel successful in what I do. I have over 13 years of professional experience in operations, sales, and managing strategic relationships with clients and suppliers. I speak Spanish, English, and French (Italian coming soon).
I specialize in designing exclusive services for people who entrust a professional with their most precious moments: their travels. Thanks to all the trips I’ve been taking, I have a wide global network of high-level suppliers (hotels, operators, cruises, safari lodges), some of whom have become good friends.
In the last decade, I’ve been part of the most important luxury tourism fairs in the industry, so I’m in constant training and updating: ILTM Cannes, ILTM Sao Paulo, Virtuoso Travel Week (Las Vegas), The Essence of Luxury (Marbella), Travelux (Venice), Emotions Sevilla, We Are Africa (Cape Town). As a result, I have a very professional and strong network of contacts. Do I know everything? Of course not, and when I don’t know an answer, trust that I’ll get it not from AI, but from a human who has visited or lives in that country.
MY GOAL
Before your trip, I want you to only dream and remember that motivation that led you to decide to travel, and to only worry about packing your suitcase and arriving at the airport on time. I’ll take care of the rest. Remember that I have the experience, reliability, attention to detail, contacts, and above all, the passion to do it. You already have enough in your daily life, and the last thing you need is to stress about planning a trip. That should be “non-negotiable”. Decide to relax from the start by letting me advise you. Rest assured that I will focus on the details that will make you enjoy your trip at every moment. Even in those details you won’t see: Is the connection time sufficient? Do you need any vaccinations? Will the hotel room be big enough for your luggage? And many more questions, whose answers I have thanks to years of experience.
