HOW DO I WORK?
As a luxury travel consultant, I accept a limited number of clients to ensure I provide the level of service you expect.
Each trip is individually designed and tailored to your desires and needs. I don’t use “pre-packaged” schemes or recycle other trips. Everything is unique, created especially for you.
WHAT CAN I INCLUDE IN YOUR TRIP?
Everything you wish: transfer from your home to the airport, flights, chauffeur at destinations, guides in your preferred language, tickets (museums, theater, opera – even just for you, with no one else around), restaurant reservations, unique experiences, hotels (the perfect match for you), trains, private boats, cruises, private jets.
WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW?
Discover: Schedule your courtesy meeting (30 minutes) with me. There we will discuss what you’re looking for, what excites you, your interests. We will talk about your past trips, to get a better idea of what you like. My goal is to have as much information as possible to design that unique trip for you. I’ll tell you there how I work and about the fees I charge.
Design: I’ll start working on your trip, based on dates, connectivity, hotels, experiences. Here you’ll just relax, while I take care of the rest, always keeping you informed of the progress. Once you agree with everything, I’ll start confirming the services and then provide you with the final status including all the “fine print” (here there are no surprises, no bots, no automated chats. Everything is human).
The trip: The most anticipated moment has arrived. You’ll enjoy everything we discussed months ago. While you’re traveling, I’ll be monitoring your trip, and as always, you’ll just enjoy. If something unexpected happens, I’ll be remotely with you to find the best solution together.
