Hello! This is Monica, born and raised in Peru. Travel has always been a part of me. From a very young age, I began traveling for long periods with my family. Due to my father’s work, we had to move several times within Peru. So that feeling of discovering new places in all their aspects is practically in my DNA. Imagine a little Monica starting to ask herself all the basic questions: Where will we go? What will my new room be like? How will the neighbors be? What will the food be like? What will my school be like? And the new friends?
Another important aspect of my life: for two years I studied archaeology, but then I decided to switch to tourism management. These two passions, travel and history, are the main focus of the trips I organize. Although of course I enjoy trips to the beach, relaxation, nature, cities. Who wouldn’t? There’s a perfect trip for every life occasion and every travel group (couples, families, friends, work).
During my university life, I worked for 4 months at the Vail ski resort in Colorado (USA). It was a unique experience: snow everywhere, ski slopes from the most basic to the double diamond (or black). I reached a level 6 out of 10. 😊
Then, as I couldn’t stay in one place (remember my traveler DNA), I went to study and live for 5 months in Paris (France). At that time, I didn’t imagine that life was giving me a “free sample” of what would come in my future…
Currently, I reside in France, having moved at the beginning of 2024. Why did I move? Because destiny decided that my life partner would be French. And well, leaving Peru for France is a fair exchange 😊
